Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Destinations and delivery terms

• We deliver to 200+ countries; checkout lists every country we can serve and each delivery option shows its terms.
• United States: DDP - import duties and taxes are included in the price.
• EU countries: a duties-included (DDP) option is offered with an estimated import duty; import VAT is paid by the importer on arrival (deductible with a VAT number). Other options are DAP.
• All other countries: DAP - import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival.

2. Shipping methods and times

• Sea freight: approx. 30-35 days in transit; suitable for larger volumes.
• Air freight: approx. 5 days in transit.
• Transit time starts after the products are ready; each product page shows its lead time. Times are estimates and may change due to carriers, customs or peak seasons.

3. Shipping cost

The shipping cost shown at checkout is calculated from current freight rates and is the amount charged for your order. For DDP destinations it includes customs clearance, duties and taxes as shown in the cost breakdown.

4. Tracking and delivery

• We send tracking details by email when the shipment departs; you can also follow the order on the order page.
• Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Extra costs caused by incorrect addresses or refused deliveries are charged to the buyer.
• Check the shipment on delivery and report problems as described in our Refund Policy.
