Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Destinations and delivery terms

• United States: DDP - import duties and taxes are included in the price.
• Germany: DDP - import duty and import VAT are included in the price.
• Türkiye: DAP - import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival.
• Other destinations on request: contact [email protected].

2. Shipping methods and times

• Sea freight: approx. 30-35 days in transit; suitable for larger volumes.
• Air freight: approx. 5 days in transit.
• Transit time starts after the products are ready; each product page shows its lead time. Times are estimates and may change due to carriers, customs or peak seasons.

3. Shipping cost

The shipping cost shown at checkout is calculated from current freight rates and is the amount charged for your order. For DDP destinations it includes customs clearance, duties and taxes as shown in the cost breakdown.

4. Tracking and delivery

• We send tracking details by email when the shipment departs; you can also follow the order on the order page.
• Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Extra costs caused by incorrect addresses or refused deliveries are charged to the buyer.
• Check the shipment on delivery and report problems as described in our Refund Policy.
