Terms of Service

1. Business customers only

The site is a B2B wholesale store. Orders are accepted from businesses buying for resale or business use. Company accounts are reviewed and may be approved or declined at our discretion.

2. Products and prices

• Prices are in USD per piece and depend on the ordered quantity (price tiers). Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
• Product photos and specifications are provided by manufacturers; minor differences in color, packaging or dimensions may occur.
• We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is binding once payment is completed. You receive an order confirmation by email.
• Payment is made by card through our payment provider Stripe. We do not store card details.
• We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product becomes unavailable from the manufacturer or the order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping cost, delivery term (Incoterm) and estimated transit time are shown at checkout. Under DDP, import duties and taxes are included in the price; under DAP, they are paid by the buyer on arrival. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, damaged or incorrect items and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Jersey, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
